Brand Recipe Chef bertanggung jawab mengembangkan dan mengelola resep sesuai identitas serta standar brand, menciptakan menu baru, dan menjaga konsistensi rasa serta tampilan hidangan. Pekerjaan ini juga mencakup dekorasi makanan, baking, administrasi resep, dan kolaborasi dengan departemen lain dalam pengembangan produk.

Kandidat perlu memiliki pendidikan minimal diploma, pengalaman relevan 1–3 tahun di bidang memasak, baking, atau bidang terkait, serta kemampuan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan Word. Keterampilan dekorasi makanan, administrasi, dan komunikasi juga dibutuhkan.

We are currently seeking a Brand Recipe Chef to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

The Brand Recipe Chef will be responsible for developing and maintaining recipes that align with the brand’s identity and standards. This role involves creating new menu items, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and collaborating with other departments to support product development. The chef will also be involved in food decoration, baking, and administrative tasks related to recipe management. Additionally, the individual will need to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, presenting ideas and concepts clearly. The position requires attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for culinary arts, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in cooking, baking, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is essential. Candidates should also possess skills in food decoration, public speaking, and administration. Experience in recipe development and a strong understanding of culinary techniques will be advantageous.
